Start Searching!
Now for the fun part! It’s time to start searching for homes and getting to go see them in person! This is where you get to step into the home and begin to visualize what it would take to make a potential house your home.
Make an offer!
This is arguably one the of the LARGEST financial transactions you will ever make and we don’t take the pressure of that lightly. We will craft and negotiate your offer and provide you confidence in your investment.
